1. Jumping Up Immediately in the Morning

When you wake up, your parasympathetic nervous system is active, causing your heart to beat slower and your blood pressure to be lower. Suddenly jumping out of bed activates the sympathetic nervous system, causing a sharp increase in heart rate and blood pressure, which could lead to the rupture of small blood vessels in the brain.

Recommendation: Take 1-2 minutes to lie in bed after waking up. Massage your face, eyes, head, and neck before getting up to allow your body to adjust.

2. Drinking a Glass of Salt Water Immediately After Waking Up

Some believe drinking salt water in the morning has antiseptic properties, strengthens teeth, and benefits gums. However, too much salt can cause high blood pressure, kidney damage, and increase stroke risk. Drinking salt water on an empty stomach can also irritate the stomach lining, causing ulcers over time.

Recommendation: Avoid drinking salt water early in the morning. Stick to plain water in moderate amounts.

3. Exercising Too Early in the Morning

Exercise is beneficial, but doing it too early, especially before sunrise, can be harmful. At dawn, the low temperature can lead to vasoconstriction, increasing the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and other cardiovascular diseases.
